What's On?

Sunday Services - Online Available  - here

Our church services on Sunday mornings are held at the Endeavour School, Augusta Park at 10:30am. During the morning service a crèche is available for children 0-3 years. Children aged over 3 years are invited to attend Sunday School following the children's talk.

Our Sunday evening services are at 6.30pm.

In both services the style is relaxed and informal with a mixture of old and more contemporary songs, accompanied by our small band of musicians. Songs are projected on a screen.

The central part of the service is the Bible reading and sermon, which is expository in nature. Sermons are available on the website.

In addition there are often times of open prayer and sharing which anyone can take part in.

Koinonia is a very sociable, welcoming, church family and we look forward to seeing you soon. After both services refreshments are available.

House Groups

Housegroups are groups of 5-10 people who meet together during the week to study the Bible and encourage each other. We have a number of groups meeting at different locations and at different times so there will hopefully be one that suits you. The venues vary from week to week so please email or call for details.

Christianity Explored

We run regular Christianity Explored courses. Each session consists of a meal over which you can better get to know the others on your course, followed by a short DVD clip and discussion time. Every participant will receive a free study guide. These courses have been very well received in the past.

Please contact us to let us know that you are interested and we will send information of when the next one will be starting.

Discipleship Explored

We also run regular Discipleship Explored courses. Going through the book of Philippians and discussing the various trials and tribulations of living out a Christian life this 7 week course will challenge you and encourage you to keep growing. Each session follows the same structure as the Christianity Explored sessions with a meal, followed by DVD and discussion. In addition there is a small amount of homework to do each day.

Those who have attended this course in the past rate it very highly both as a way to grow personally, but also to discover more about your Christian brothers and sisters in Koinonia.
